Manager, Data Solutions (Remote - US)

The Manager, Data Solutions will lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide data architecture, driving innovation in data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-native analytics solutions. This role oversees a dedicated Data Solutions team, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing data systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions, integrate AI/ML capabilities, and optimize business intelligence platforms for real-time insights. Success in this role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on governance, security, and team mentorship in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise data architecture, including data warehouse and data lake solutions.
• Manage and mentor the Data Solutions team, providing guidance, professional development, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable data solutions.
• Implement and optimize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and self-service analytics.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities and cloud-native strategies into data systems to support analytics and decision-making.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, including data quality, retention, stewardship, and zero-trust security frameworks.
• Serve as a technical advisor on data architecture best practices and cloud strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, and data warehouse/lake design.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience managing data-focused teams or projects.
• Proficiency with SQL, data integration, ETL/ELT tools, and data APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Salesforce data integration, architecture, and API usage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and large-scale data modeling.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, ITAR, CMMC).
