We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Commercial Execution and Project Management, IWPB Americas and Europe This is a new role and a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to leadership across Americas and Europe. You will be responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic and commercial initiatives across IWPB Americas and Europe. Ensuring alignment between global IWPB strategy and local execution by translating business objectives into actionable delivery plans, managing cross functional projects and tracking commercial performance outcomes. You will serve as a key link between senior leadership, product, and operational teams, enabling consistent, efficient and results-driven delivery across markets. In this role you will: Translate strategic business objectives into clear commercial execution plans that drive revenue growth, cost efficiency and improved customer outcomes. Support end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects – from planning and prioritisation through to execution and benefit realisation, ensuring success through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Manage project interdependencies across global, regional and local initiatives to ensure alignment with overall business priorities. Coordinate business reviews, working with multi-disciplinary teams and SMEs to support development of business proposals for management perusal. Drive senior stakeholder engagement, preparing briefings, performance updates and steering committee materials. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Strong competence in making presentations and writing reports, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success in the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that improved commercial or operational outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to communicate effectively and with confidence across the Group including Senior and Executive Management. Outstanding planning and organisation skills – dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure, with a high attention to detail.
