Here’s to never standing still. Come and join us! The Role We are hiring a Business Change Manager to join our Strategic Transformation and Change team. You’ll lead and deliver change initiatives across areas such as AI, data, and frontline tooling. The role suits someone with a strong banking background and experience in a consultancy environment. The team you’ll work with: You’ll report to the Transformation Delivery Lead and work closely with senior stakeholders across Innovation Banking and the wider HSBC Group. You’ll collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones and functions, and you’ll be trusted to engage directly with Director and MD level colleagues The value you’ll add: The role holder will be part the Strategic Change and Transformation team that focus all aspects of the evolution of the organisation including growth, scaling and risk management of HINV to meet its objectives; looking at the shape and management of the HINV Change-the-Bank plan including strategic, compliance and regulatory, and all other investment types informed by strategic objectives, client demand and HINV ExCo guidance. What you can expect to be doing: You will own delivery of defined work packages, shape project plans, and support decision making through high quality analysis and presentations. You’ll investigate new AI opportunities, support data and analytics work, and help develop tools for frontline teams. You’ll also lead forums, produce content, conduct market research, and manage communication across the business. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to deliver business change initiatives and turn complex or unclear problems into clear actions for senior leadership Confident managing multiple workstreams and taking ownership of delivery in a fast-paced environment Consultancy background (Big 4, Strategy, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High proficiency in PowerPoint and confident communication Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders Where you’ll be based: Our home office in Finsbury Square, London.
