Reporting directly to the President, the Maintenance Professional plays a vital role in ensuring our office locations across Niagara and Haldimand are welcoming, safe, and well-maintained. This role involves hands-on upkeep, preventative measures, and small projects that keep our facilities in excellent working condition. Primary Responsibilities Perform general interior and exterior maintenance, improvements, and small-scale projects. Maintain grounds, including some grass cutting, trimming, and garden upkeep. Conduct preventative facility inspections and maintenance as required Complete minor repairs and coordinate with external service professionals for larger or specialized projects. Requirements Skills & Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in a similar maintenance or trades-related role. Available to work varying shifts for at least 2 days weekly. Strong hands-on skills with hand tools, power tools, and general repairs. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, prolonged standing/walking, climbing ladders, and moving equipment or furniture. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as well as ability to tow company trailer. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
