Summary The Maintenance Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs that enhance the technical skills, safety awareness, and operational readiness of maintenance personnel. This role ensures that maintenance staff are equipped to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems and equipment effectively and safely. Education, Licensure and Experience: * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or projects within an industrial or manufacturing setting. * Prior experience in training or instructional roles preferred. * Certifications such as CMRT, CMRP, OSHA 30-Hour, or Train-the-Trainer are desirable. * Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and PSM requirements. * Experience with Lock Out Tag Out, Hot Work, and Confined Space procedures. * Bilingual Preferred Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary and appropriate.): * Manage all training programs for maintenance personnel. * Coordinate all required training such as safety training and departmental training. * Coordinate with suppliers to line up technical training for plant specific items. * Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. * Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. * Perform Relief Duties for Maintenance Supervisors * Assist project engineers in planning and executing maintenance projects. * Other duties as assigned. Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action yet reason when to involve supervisor. Computer Skills Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn software. Ability to function independently given assigned duties. 3. Ability to communicate, work, and interact with a variety of individuals.
