The role: LMS Administrator Working Arrangements: Fully Remote Salary: Negotiable depending on experience & location Contract Duration: 3 Months The role: Joining a global organisation, you will support an EMEA wide team with a range of LMS Administration tasks and duties. These could range from adding and supporting new users, to adding correct documents and information accurately. Responsibilities: · Manage and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring system functionality, uptime, and performance. · Create and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and enrollments. · Upload, organize, and update learning content, courses, modules, and assessments. · Customize the LMS interface and features to align with organizational needs and branding. · Test and troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with IT or vendors when needed. · Generate and analyze reports on learner progress, course completion, and system usage. · Support end-users, including instructors, learners, and managers, via helpdesk or training. · Ensure data integrity and security, including compliance with privacy and learning regulations. · Stay up to date with LMS updates, features, and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.
