You’ll be cooking across three exciting new delivery brands featuring bold, flavour-driven fried and rotisserie chicken, plus functional smoothies, juices, and coffee. Expect East Asian inspiration, contemporary food trends, and a kitchen that prizes quality, speed, and creativity. What You’ll Be Doing Prepping and cooking to order for our fried and rotisserie menus Preparing juices, shakes, coffees, and functional drinks Maintaining high hygiene standards and following HACCP protocols Keeping stations clean, organised, and efficient Contributing ideas to menu evolution we love creative chefs Working closely with a small, passionate kitchen team What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in a commercial kitchen Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate Strong interest or experience in East Asian flavours (big bonus!)
