This role is responsible for providing therapeutic services to patients struggling with psychiatric and/or chemical dependency issues. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both individual therapy and group facilitation, and passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care in a structured setting. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent in counseling or social work) CPR Certification (within 30 days of employment) CPI Certification (within 30 days of employment) Minimum of 2 years of experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients is preferred. Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required. Current, valid, and active driver’s license required. Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation. Additional Qualifications/Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-based environment Committed to patient-centered, trauma-informed care Certificates, Licensures, Registrations Current, valid, and active license to practice as a LCSW or LPC or equivalent in counseling or social work in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients.
