Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides hands-on nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This includes delivering treatments, monitoring patient progress, supporting care planning, and ensuring safety and comfort in alignment with individualized patient needs. Essential Functions Deliver high-quality nursing care and administer treatments as directed. Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care planning. Support physicians, RNs, and therapists in coordinating patient care. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and quality standards. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. Experience: Minimum 6 months of Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting preferred. License: Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
