Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: New Mexico Summary: We are seeking a licensed clinician to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adult clients throughout New Mexico. This position supports assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy within a structured remote framework. Responsibilities: Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth Conduct clinical assessments and establish treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate documentation Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed Follow New Mexico licensing and clinical standards Active New Mexico LPCC, LMFT or LCSW license Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience Experience with EHR systems 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Qualified clinicians are invited to pursue this stable remote opportunity.
