Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Nevada Summary: We are hiring a licensed mental health therapist to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adult clients across Nevada. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care within a structured remote model. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth therapy sessions Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Monitor client progress and outcomes Follow Nevada licensing and clinical standards Active Nevada LCPC, LMFT or LCSW license Master’s degree in a behavioral health field Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience EHR documentation experience 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match This role is ideal for clinicians who want structured remote work with consistent scheduling.
