Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: New York Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide telehealth psychotherapy to adult clients across New York. You will complete assessments, build treatment plans, and deliver ongoing care while meeting New York documentation and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth Perform clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations Create, update, and track treatment plans Maintain accurate progress notes and records Follow New York State licensing and ethical standards Active New York LMHC, LMFT or LCSW license Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience Experience with EHR and remote service delivery 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match This role supports clinicians who want stability and a fully remote schedule.
