About You: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A vision for what makes an excellent library service in this context and the ability to be able to promote it A warm and welcoming manner with excellent customer service skills. The confidence and people skills needed to oversee and manage the behaviour of young people courteously and assertively. Experience of successful management of a Library Service in an educational environment.
