Are you detail‑oriented, motivated, and eager to grow your career in legal operations? We’re looking for a Legal Operations Associate to join our team and play a key role in managing contracts, supporting compliance, and driving operational improvements across our global business. In this newly created role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience with contract lifecycle management, process optimisation, and legal technology tools, while working closely with our business, legal, and compliance functions. You’ll assist with reviewing and drafting Master Service Agreements (MSAs), client contracts, and other commercial documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in contract management or exposure to contract lifecycle processes who want to build a career in legal operations and contract management. A foundational understanding of legal and regulatory principles—ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare market research industry—will help you thrive as you contribute to compliance initiatives and operational excellence.
