Our values * Be Bold * Be Curious * Stronger Together Your responsibilities You will work closely with CybelAngel's Legal department to: * Draft, review, and negotiate various types of agreements (client contracts, supplier contracts, data protection agreements, NDA, etc.) in both English and French * Conduct risk assessments regarding the launch of new offerings and legal requirements, alert, advise, and propose appropriate solutions * Provide legal and compliance support to all our operational teams (Tech, Sales, Marketing, etc.) * Update existing legal documentation * Stay up-to-date with laws and regulations to ensure compliance with French and foreign laws * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various legal projects Your profile * You are currently studying contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, telecommunications, data privacy and/or new technologies (ideally in your last year) * You have previous experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a company * You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English * You feel comfortable in a stimulating and multicultural environment * You are capable of problem-solving and adopt a pro-business approach * You can work as a business partner Bonus points * You have completed the CRFPA and are seeking a PPI (not mandatory) If you do not meet the requirements but you think you are a great fit, you are welcome to apply and explain why !
