A role you will love This role is to provide legal support with a focus on drafting and negotiation of complex client contracts. This will support our market leading Employee Share Plans business, the largest provider of share plan administration services in Europe, helping it to deliver success and growth in a global setting. Key Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for planning, drafting, negotiating and execution of client agreements, minimising risks and maximising legal rights. This will include delivering expert proactive, efficient, and robust legal advice to a range of stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure all project deadlines are met in a seamless and efficient way. Proactively evaluate processes and procedures, identifying risks and non-compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. Continue to keep abreast of trends and developments. Work closely with the share plans legal team. What will you bring to the role? To be successful within this role you will be a UK qualified solicitor with extensive experience of commercial contract drafting, negotiation and execution. Key attributes: Deep familiarity with general English legal principles and procedures. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information. Experience in drafting and negotiation. Excellent ability to communicate effectively, adapting style to suit audience. Well organised and able to prioritise and manage competing workload demands. Confident and assertive while remaining approachable. Adaptable and able to take on variety of tasks. Able to drive things forward both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with high levels of autonomy. Experienced in detailed legal analysis and delivery of advice in the context of broader commercial strategy.
