Role We are seeking a Lecturer to deliver a Playworker course across 20 weeks on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support learners, helping them achieve their full potential and progress to their chosen destinations. Interested candidates are advised to apply early, as the vacancy will close once the right candidates are found. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning sessions. Provide constructive feedback and assessment to support learner progress. Contribute to curriculum development and innovation. Maintain a positive and professional learning environment. Support learners’ pastoral needs and promote wellbeing. Criteria A relevant Level 3 vocational qualification and a teaching qualification. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A–C). Experience of successful teaching and knowledge of relevant subject matter. Ability to inspire and motivate learners and maintain high expectations.
