Ludwig and Company is a highly respected Property management firm doing business throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Our firm’s portfolio includes 70 multi-family communities representing approximately 7,000 units. 

Ludwig and Company is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant at our Columbus, OH 192 unit apartment community. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established local company. The individual will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the following:

• Implement Marketing and Leasing Strategies 
• Tour Apartments with Prospective Tenants 
• Track Leasing Prospects 
• Answer Phone and Greet Prospects 
• Complete Lease Applications and assist in verification of applications 
• Make recommendations related to leasing to enhance the bottom-line performance of the community 
• Plan and oversee social programs and property sponsored events for Residents 
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits, and record collections activity on property management software 
• Assist with rent collections striving for zero delinquencies each month 
• Assist with community inspections 
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year of Customer Service and Sales Experience 
• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Valid Driver’s License 
• 1 Year Apartment leasing preferred 
• Strong Filing, Computer and organization skills 
• Alternating Saturday hours are required
