We are currently seeking an individual to join the team as Learning Solutions Specialist UK. In this role you will be responsible for: - Needs Analysis and Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with Learning Consultants to interpret initial needs analysis, data analytics, and business trends to determine the most suitable learning solutions that align with the business strategy. Consultation and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders involved in learning development, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Project Management: Manage and oversee end-to-end projects using design thinking methodology to implement learning solutions in an agile, efficient, and timely manner. Learning Design and Delivery: Work with the UK Learning team and vendors to design, deliver, and measure the ROI of learning solutions, ensuring they meet the defined needs within budget and timescales. Learning Evaluation measurement mapping create process to clearly connect learning outcomes to ROI. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: - Project Management Skills: Ability to manage end-to-end projects using design thinking methodology, ensuring agile and efficient implementation of learning solutions and budgets Consultative Skills: Acting as an internal consultant to stakeholders, interpreting needs analysis, and determining appropriate learning solutions. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data analytics, business, and economic trends to inform learning strategies. Collaboration and Leadership: Leading project teams and fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity of thought. Modern Learning Advocacy: Promoting a shift from traditional learning methods to a self-driven, learner-led approach The role location will be Birmingham.
