Learning & Development Manager - Compliance & Qualifications

The L&D Manager will work for a Senior L&D Manager. This role leads the design, delivery and governance of Heathrow’s compliance and professional qualifications learning offer. It ensures colleagues build the business-critical capabilities needed to meet regulatory requirements, maintain professional standards, and support professional development. It plays a key role in enabling Heathrow to mitigate risk, maintain credibility, and build future-ready capabilities. Working closely with regulators, risk owners, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures learning solutions are current, compliant, and aligned to business needs.
