The Learning Business Partner works closely with Supply, R&D and Commercial stakeholders to align learning priorities, diagnose skills gaps, deliver skills insights, and represent the business stakeholder during the end-to-end process of defining, diagnosing, designing, and deploying learning needs. What will be your key responsibilities? You will use quantitative and qualitative diagnosis methods to surface potential skill gaps impacting functional performance and talent pipeline readiness. You will articulate current and ideal performance based on input from business and senior stakeholders, learners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external experts and thought leaders. You will assess barriers to ideal performance and specify learning needs and appropriate measures/KPIs. You will contract resources, including budget, required for solution creation & deployment. You will represent business stakeholders during the end- to- end process of defining, designing, deploying and program managing learning solutions. You will build a strong working relationships within the Mars University organisation. Champion the learning agenda and the Mars U vision. Collaborate with other Learning Business Partners to seek opportunities for efficiencies. What skills are we looking for? Learning Needs Analysis. Business Advisory & Learning Strategist.
