Lead Tutor - Society, Health & Development (Counselling) £34,604 - £37,679 per annum Full time, permanent This is an exciting new opportunity to join our society, health and development team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Tutor who will work as part of the curriculum team to take a lead role in the delivery of our counselling provision. We're looking for someone who is student focused and committed to delivering an excellent learning experience to our adult learners, helping them to gain confidence and achieve. Working closely with curriculum colleagues you will develop the provision and ensure students are at the centre of delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation and management of an agreed area of the College’s curriculum to ensure it meets both funder and individual student need and is of a high quality. To work with the Head of Curriculum to plan, implement and review annually a programme of courses in line with the College Curriculum Plan. To coordinate in-house quality assurance procedures to ensure that all provision complies with college requirements and meets expectations. To coordinate the requirements of awarding organisations with the support of the Quality Assurance Lead, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. To coordinate and participate in the design and development of teaching and learning materials, including those required for blended and online delivery within agreed curriculum area.
