About the Role
We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to take point on one of our most important accounts: a global technology company undergoing a major digital transformation of its internal platforms.
These platforms power critical workflows for sales, operations, and compliance — and we’re helping simplify and modernize them from the ground up. You’ll lead design on one or more product teams, working closely with cross-functional partners to uncover friction points, define product direction, and deliver user-centric solutions that drive clarity and efficiency.
If you thrive in ambiguity, love working through complexity, and bring strong UX fundamentals to enterprise environments, this is a chance to make real impact at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UX design across one or more internal platforms, from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to simplify complex flows
- Translate business goals and operational requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Balance big-picture vision with meticulous attention to detail
- Guide system-level design decisions across multiple product surfaces
- Present design work to client stakeholders, explain rationale, and guide feedback loops
- Mentor other designers on best practices in systems thinking and enterprise UX
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in product design, ideally with time spent in enterprise or platform environments
- Strong UX strategy and system design skills — comfortable designing for internal tools and ops workflows
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder types and aligning divergent perspectives
- A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end thinking, not just surface-level design
- Confidence leading discovery, navigating constraints, and advocating for simplification
- Experience with Figma and collaborative prototyping tools
- Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or similar internal systems
- Bonus: prior agency or consulting experience
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive salary ($130–160k CAD depending on location and experience)
- Growth-focused environment, with hands-on mentorship and support from design leadership
- Unlimited paid time off for vacation, sick days, and personal time
- Flexible working hours and a remote-first culture
- Extended health care benefits for Canadian employees
