Tasks Define and execute the product vision for gaming experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey across Poker, Casino, and related platforms. Lead and mentor a creative design team, driving innovation, playful interaction, and continuous improvement in UX/UI processes. Design captivating interfaces and interactive elements that combine gamification, motion design, and usability to deliver exceptional player experiences. Requirements 10+ years of experience in product design (including 3+ in leadership) with a strong background in mobile entertainment or gaming apps. Proven expertise in gamification, game mechanics, and designing immersive user experiences — from progression and reward systems to engaging interactions.
