We’re seeking an experienced Lead Officer to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of employees, property, and assets. In this role, you’ll provide guidance to the security team, maintain compliance with assignment instructions, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Ensure all personnel under your supervision have completed the appropriate site training
• Accurately roster and plan for all direct reporting officers, ensuring sufficient cover
• Conduct monthly check ins with all security officers
• Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviour of all security personnel
• Report all incidents
• Assist the Security Management Team
• Plan, develop and implement staff training
• Monitor faults with security equipment
• Monitoring of Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid DS licence
• CCTV Licence 
• Minimum 3 years security experience
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
