We are looking for a talented and ambitious Associate Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our growing team in Paris. The ideal candidate will support international and domestic clients, working on a wide range of legal matters in a dynamic and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support on [corporate/commercial/litigation – general practice] matters Draft and review contracts and legal documents Conduct legal research and prepare opinions Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects Qualified French avocat with a CAPA or equivalent license Minimum 5 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills Client-focused, proactive, and team-oriented
