Key Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience of teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. • A proven ability (or potential) to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with pupils, colleagues, and parents. • A commitment to professional development and reflective practice. • Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and dedication to keeping children safe in education.
