Our client is a globally leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic packaging for the cosmetics industry. With a long-standing presence in the market and prestigious clients such as L’Oréal, Clarins, and Pierre Fabre, the company is firmly established in France and is now seeking to strengthen its sales team with a field-based position. Your Responsibilities Independent management and strategic development of existing clients in France Acquisition of new clients with a focus on major cosmetics brands (e.g. LVMH, Chanel, Roche, Coty) Sales of plastic packaging solutions – from technical consultation to contract closure Leading sales negotiations and preparing tailored offers Close collaboration with internal teams in France and Austria Attendance at trade fairs and networking events Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales Key account management in the packaging or cosmetics industry Fluent in French and very good English skills German is a plus, as it is the corporate language Self-driven, communicative and customer-oriented personality Confident use of ERP and CRM systems High willingness to travel within France Located in Paris, Toulouse or Bordeaux A responsible role with plenty of room for initiative Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes Attractive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses Flexible working conditions (home office) with regular customer visits Long-term perspectives in a well-known company and growing market We look forward to receiving your application!
