Role summary
You'll identify business opportunities, deliver tailored sales solutions, negotiate agreements, and collaborate across the team to ensure a consistent customer experience. You'll also represent the company at industry events to expand market presence and build partnerships.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted business partner
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and ongoing monitoring of industry trends
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to account objectives and business needs
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreements to achieve balanced and profitable outcomes
- Identify and develop new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and commercial initiatives that expand market presence
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events, both domestically and internationally, to build relationships and generate new opportunities
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English
- Driving license
