Position: Driver / Laborer / Customer Service

Location: Chantilly, VA

Pay Range: $24-$30/Hr (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude
• Sales: Up-selling and identifying sales opportunities
• Truck Operations: Safe operation of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks
• Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard and garage junk)
• Marketing: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter - from Guerrilla Marketing to promotions and sales.
• Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional Navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers belongings.

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
• Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
• Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday
