Junk Removal & Route Sales Specialist

• Full Time Hours consisting of 4 weekday Shifts + 1 weekend shift

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $23/hr ( Base Pay + Profit Share + Tips)
• Comprehensive Benefits Package
• 401K (4% match)

What you'll be doing:

• Providing great customer service by building rapport with customers on the job site
• Driving to local residences and businesses with your truck team to appointment set by customers
• Bringing your positive energy and strong work ethic to the team
• Establishing value of using our service and completing jobs onsite

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A great attitude! Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, physical working environment. Able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly!
• Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!
