Their UK team, based in Havant, is now looking for a Junior Warehouse Operative to join the business. Junior warehouse operative, the role: Receive, check, and process incoming stock accurately Prepare and pick orders for delivery or collection according to daily schedules Assist with stock control and inventory checks, ensuring accurate record-keeping Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance during all warehouse operations Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organised at all times Support colleagues with general warehouse and logistics tasks as needed Junior warehouse operative, the person: No previous warehouse experience required — full training provided Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and standing for periods of time Strong attention to detail and good basic numeracy/literacy skills Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude Junior warehouse operative, the benefits: Annual leave of 33 days including bank holidays Employer matched pension contributions Life Insurance Access to company healthcare scheme after probation.
