About this role

The Junior Scientific Project Specialist provide platform support in the execution and management of individual compassionate use requests, called Out Of Scope (OOS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the Early Access systems up to date following our internal processes and guidelines.
• Populating entries in the systems with complete and accurate information.
• Maintaining and updating the entries in the systems in real time.
• Understanding the process execution according to standard processes.
• Support the organization of key alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Consolidating meeting minutes to share with stakeholders.
• Documents archive and administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
• 6-12 months of experience working as a project associate in clinical trials or RWE studies
• English fluent in written, reading, speaking.
• Spanish/ German or other language would be a plus, but not a must - work will be 100% in English
