Junior Operations Associate Department: Growth Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: London Reporting To: Gen Pyman Compensation: £0 / year Description Operations Associate – InvestorHub (London, Full-Time, Office Based) Start date: From January 2026 InvestorHub was founded to solve a fundamental gap in public markets: companies were working hard to engage their top shareholders, but had little visibility or connection to the thousands of retail investors who drive a significant share of daily trading. Recognising this, we set out to modernise how listed companies understand, communicate with, and build relationships across their full investor base. From our beginnings in Australia, today, we support over 200 listed companies across the UK and Australia and continue to reshape what effective modern investor engagement looks like. As retail participation grows and capital markets become more digital, we empower companies to take a data-driven, story-led approach that strengthens investor relationships, improves market understanding, and ultimately helps management teams communicate with confidence and control. What you'll be doing As an Operations Associate, you’ll support the systems, projects, and creative work that keep InvestorHub running. One day you might be crafting sales materials; the next, analysing investor data; the next, helping a client go live. We value clarity, curiosity, and hustle. You’ll work closely with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership across the UK and Australia. Expect a collaborative environment where you can ask questions, take ownership, and put your ideas into action. You’ll join internal rituals and see how product decisions, strategy discussions, and client outcomes are shaped inside a fast-moving SaaS environment. After 3 -6 months of rotating in the business, you can choose to specialise in one area or continue as a cross-functional generalist. What You’ll Learn We will train you on the tools and processes that power a modern SaaS business, including: HubSpot CRM Website + content creation on the InvestorHub platform Client onboarding workflows Sales enablement and demo preparation SaaS operational processes You’ll be mentored directly by our Managing Director and Chief of Staff, with the whole UK team supporting your development. What you'll be doing Support Client Success with creative + operational tasks - Build client websites, produce marketing assets, write copy, draft templates, and support campaign delivery for real LSE-listed companies. Create demo materials that help Sales close deals - Work with Sales to craft custom decks and product showcases that land with CEOs and CFOs Process beneficial ownership reports + analyse data - Interpret share ownership datasets, identify patterns, and help create clear insights for clients. Coordinate with partners and vendors - Liaise with registries, communication partners, and external vendors to keep projects moving smoothly. Assist in onboarding new clients - Track setups, update task boards, support go-lives, and learn how a SaaS onboarding pipeline works end-to-end. Support internal system quality -Keep HubSpot, Notion, databases, and content libraries clean, accurate, and optimised. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise You might be a recent graduate or early in your career. What matters most is that you’re: Organised, creative, and communicative Comfortable jumping into both analytical and creative work Entrepreneurial - you’re naturally curious.
