Junior IT Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: This position will act as a business partner between IT and other key business functions, such as: Finance, Accounting, Supply Management, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources. Candidate will work as a member of the IT team responsible for administering and implementing IT Systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Fielding helpdesk calls and tickets related to end user issues End user orientation and training related to IT Software installations and software troubleshooting PC troubleshooting, repairs and setup of new desktops and laptops Setup and managing printers and print queues Manage and assign security cards End user support Teams phone system End users support wireless access points and devices Setting up and administering Office 365 email accounts Setting up and administering user accounts in MS Active Directory Setting up and administering mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.) when required Documenting procedures and system changes, and troubleshooting steps Resolving viruses and malware outbreaks Security patch management review and applying security patches Assisting, as needed in approved IT maintenance activities Following and complying with Cube Management System (CMS) Other duties as assigned Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities Ability to converse clearly and fluently Customer service and team oriented Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong organization skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail Ability to analyze, understand, and effectively communicate with end users and management Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or 2 years of relevant college coursework required. Additional experience may substitute for education.
