Junior Integration Engineer

As a Sr Eng Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support engineering projects and initiatives
• Assist in the development and implementation of engineering plans
• Provide technical support and expertise to the engineering team
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering support or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience in leading and managing complex projects
• Strong network and connections within the industry
