What’s the job?
As a Junior Front Office Agent, you’ll be the friendly face guests rely on for a smooth, welcoming experience. You’ll assist with transactions, provide local insights, and help create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.
Reports to the Front Desk Manager.
Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.
Support the Front Office Supervisors and Front Desk team in daily operations.
Greet IHG Rewards Club and Kimpton Karma members and returning guests, in person or on the phone.
Assist with guest bookings and share opportunities to enhance their stay.
Handle cash and credit transactions following established procedures.
Support the check-in and check-out process, including ID verification and key handling.
Assist guests with requests, questions or basic concerns, escalating when necessary.
Follow all safety procedures and hotel standards.
Take pride in your appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
Stay informed about daily events and hotel activities.
Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field (recent graduates or final-year students welcome).
Previous internship or up to 1 year of experience in Front Office or customer service.
Fluent in local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, team spirit and passion for hospitality.
