Description

Join Fleetway’s Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team and gain hands-on experience supporting the next generation of Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) ships. Our team is known for its practical expertise in marine engineering environments, and we’re proud to contribute to major Canadian naval projects.
 

We’re currently seeking a Jr. Integrated Logistics Support Analyst, Co-op student who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative team developing the maintenance strategies and solutions the RCN needs—now and into the future.

Responsibilities

As a member of the ILS team, you’ll:

  • Spend most of your time working on naval projects, contributing to engineering analyses and modeling.
  • Learn and apply military and commercial specifications related to:
    • Maintenance planning
    • Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
    • Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR&M)
    • Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
    • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
    • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
    • Spares modeling and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) modeling
  • Support Program Managers with customer engagement, presentations, and formal reports.
  • Gain exposure to contractual requirements, customer specifications, engineering data, and design changes throughout the product lifecycle.


Qualifications

Education

  • Currently enrolled in an Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering program

Experience & Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering or technical role—co-op or internship experience is welcome!
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Interest in naval engineering, logistics, and systems thinking.
     

Due to the nature of our work, successful candidates must be eligible to obtain required government security clearances.
