Java Full Stack Lead/Architect (react, node)

In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications while guiding the technical direction of full stack projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle—from architecture and coding to testing and deployment—while mentoring and supporting engineering teams. Accountabilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable backend services and full stack applications.
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, including coding, unit testing, deployment, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Collaborate with QA, application support, and business teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze user requirements and define application objectives, functionality, and business goals.
• Maintain and enhance application performance, security, and scalability.
• Write well-designed, testable code and conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Follow agile development methodologies, including backlog grooming, user story refinement, and sprint planning.
• Mentor team members, share best practices, and resolve technical challenges to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack technologies.
• Proficiency in Java, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
• Experience with front-end technologies including AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React JS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, and GitLab.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, architect scalable solutions, and implement modern software engineering best practices.
• Experience working in agile environments and mentoring technical teams.
