About the Role We are looking for a motivated Digital Support Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, exposure to AI and develop excellent interpersonal skills while working towards a recognised qualification. Key Responsibilities Develop new curriculum materials to support digital learning. Assist in creating AI agents to help apprentices succeed. Support the onboarding of new apprentices. Test and troubleshoot internal systems to ensure smooth operation. Maintain and update our WordPress websites. Supporting our apprentices with their Microsoft 365 issues. What We’re Looking For A keen interest in technology. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly. Basic knowledge of websites and digital tools (WordPress experience is a bonus). What You’ll Gain Practical experience in digital support and development. Training and mentoring from experienced professionals. A recognised qualification upon completion of your apprenticeship. Apprenticeship Training to be provided: You will undertake the Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard and be encouraged to gain relevant Microsoft and British Computer Society qualifications. The expectation is that within a year, you will progress to a Level 4 AI Implementation apprenticeship. You will work alongside our directors and developers and build your skills through a combination of: Online learning 1-2-1 Coaching Group activities Work-based tasks Location Our directors are based in the East Midlands, You will typically work remotely, but will be expected to travel to meet directors or attend apprenticeship training days. You should expect to travel 1-2 days/week.
