IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from scoping to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization. Design and implement solutions that leverage data science, machine learning, and AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with IT governance standards. Monitor and report on project performance, KPIs, and ROI. Required Qualifications Proven experience in IT project management, ideally in digital transformation or AI-related initiatives. Strong understanding of business process modeling and reengineering. Familiarity with data science concepts, machine learning frameworks, and AI technologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in French and English; German language is a plus. Knowledge of data analytics tools (Python, Qlik Sense). Preferred Skills Certification in project management is a plus (e.g., Prince2, Agile/Scrum). Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
