In this role, you will lead and support a broad range of IT operations that keep systems, staff, and infrastructure running smoothly. You will oversee end-user support, manage hybrid environments, and ensure the reliability of servers, networks, storage, collaboration tools, and workstations. Working closely with leadership and teams across the organization, you will provide both strategic guidance and hands-on troubleshooting. Accountabilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operational and end-user support for senior leaders and staff.
  • Manage IT infrastructure including servers, systems, virtualization, storage, networks, telephony, audio/visual tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Provide proactive and responsive support for hybrid environments across on-premise, cloud, and remote settings.
  • Perform technical and administrative tasks ensuring system performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Maintain and optimize workstations, mobile devices, and other end-user technologies.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Support organizational goals by contributing to IT improvements and standardization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting end users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, switches, printers, and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, servers, virtualization, telephony, and related technologies.
  • Ability to manage hybrid environments across on-prem, cloud, and remote ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
