We are seeking a versatile IT Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level systems and cloud platforms in a dynamic environment. This role is responsible for driving automation, integration, and lifecycle management while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. You will partner across IT and business units to optimize infrastructure operations and enhance the user experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and automation technologies, capable of mentoring teams and guiding architecture decisions. This position offers the opportunity to shape a next-generation IT environment with significant operational impact.
Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and operate enterprise infrastructure, leveraging cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management using scripting and endpoint management tools.
- Integrate enterprise systems and applications across business units to ensure interoperability, secure data exchange, and consistent operations.
- Enhance infrastructure and security architectures in line with organizational standards and zero-trust principles.
- Define technical specifications, document operational procedures, and create deployment diagrams and flowcharts.
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and reliability, responding to critical alerts as needed.
- Lead maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, migrations, and office relocations, occasionally outside standard business hours.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to IT teams to improve operational practices and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles with responsibility for enterprise systems.
- Expert-level hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS services and operations.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting tools, including Azure Automation Runbooks, PowerShell, and Graph API.
- Experience with device, identity, and access management across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT service management, change control, and operational continuity best practices.
- Experience with enterprise networking, including DNS, VPNs, WAF, and cloud networking.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with experience optimizing performance and ensuring operational reliability.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
