Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Administrator to join a global and fast-paced environment, supporting system enhancements, technical testing, and production delivery.

This role combines technical operations, change management, and Level 3 support, offering exposure to modern DevOps, automation, and containerized environments. It is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and working closely with vendors and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Change Management

·         Gather and document technical requirements for system enhancements

·         Participate in change request processes for technical and functional updates

Testing & Production Delivery

·         Collaborate on technical testing to ensure smooth production releases

·         Launch initiatives and monitor production stability, ensuring proper follow-up

Issue Resolution & Process Optimization

·         Provide Level 3 support, analyzing incidents and proposing solutions or workarounds

·         Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and service providers

·         Monitor and manage technical processes (online flows, STP processes, batch jobs)

·         Document known issues and support first-line teams with clear guidelines

Required Technical Skills

·         4+ years of experience in technical or IT operations roles

·         Experience with Application Servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss)

·         Experience with job scheduling tools (CA Workload Automation, Control-M)

·         Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Terraform, Chef)

·         Scripting skills in Bash, Python, Terraform

·         Experience with containerization (Dockerfiles)

·         Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments, including ArgoCD

·         Strong understanding of production environments and technical workflows

Languages

·         English – Fluent / Mastery (Mandatory)

Soft Skills

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to assess change requests and incidents and propose logical, structured solutions

·         Skilled in creating schematic and diagram-based technical documentation

·         Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

·         Comfortable working in dynamic, high-responsibility environments
