How you’ll make an impact: This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a dynamic international business, matching your tax technical knowledge with commercial understanding to provide high-quality support to the Travelport Group. You will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to make your mark in working across a wide range of different projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Tax and Treasury you will: Embark on a varied international tax advisory and planning role. Take full accountability for the delivery of business partnering and tax advice to the business in Europe, MEA and APAC. Play a key role in ensuring Travelport’s activities are structured in line with the group’s Tax Strategy. Your role in action: This is a dynamic and challenging role, which will include: Responsibility for commercially focused tax advice and business partnering to the wider Travelport business across Europe, MEA and APAC. Managing the group’s operational transfer pricing policies. Providing tax input to group corporate structuring and treasury matters. Providing M&A tax support to the wider business. Supporting on external tax authority audits. Supporting with the training and development of junior team members. Could this be you? You’ll have significant international tax experience and may be working in practice looking for a first move in-house; or already working in-house but looking for a step-up to a role that offers more challenge and autonomy. Experience in international tax. Good understanding of transfer pricing and different business operating models. Exposure to corporate transactions and treasury tax related matters. A team player that thrives on partnership and collaboration. Someone who likes to take ownership and make things happen. ACA/CTA or equivalent.
