Intermediate Accountant

Magenta Exterior Solutions is looking to hire a Full-Time Intermediate Accounting Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities: Accounts payable and receivable entry and reconciliation Bank and credit card account reconciliation Payroll entry and administration Expense report approval and administration Sales tracking and reporting Continuous monitoring of processes to help the team create more efficient and effective processes HST, WSIB and EHT calculation and remittance on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis Preparation of financial reports for month-, quarter-, and year-end financial reporting Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 years’ experience in Bookkeeping College level diploma or equivalent Experience with cloud software (QBO, Hubdoc, etc.) to improve productivity Possess the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies Self-motivated, independent and attentive to details Strong analytical skills and are willing to work independently Exemplary communication and creative thinking skills
