Interim Finance Manager - London Market MGA

A London-based Managing General Agent (MGA) preparing for sale is seeking an experienced Finance Manager on a 3-month contract to provide hands-on finance support and help get the business sale-ready. Key Responsibilities Lead FP&A and financial reporting activities aligned with pre-sale requirements Support internal controls, reconciliations, and financial processes Work closely with management and external advisors through the sale process Provide expertise on Lloyd’s market and Syndicate finance operations Proven experience in Lloyd’s/Syndicate finance environment Strong FP&A and financial control background Previous exposure to M&A or sale preparation preferred Manager-level experience, ideally within insurance finance 3-month contract.
