Your Role: SAP SuccessFactors Integration and Cloud Technology Consultant

As our new SAP SuccessFactors Integration and Cloud Technology Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects and support that matter.

We are looking for skilled and highly motivated consultants with technical skills to build a team who can develop the best-in class implementation methodologies, integrations, extensions and packaged solutions. You will have a central role in solution design and implementation of the latest technology from SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud, Integration tools, Intelligent Services and HCM Analytics. If you have experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and would like to take on this technical and personal challenge, we strongly encourage you to take the leap right now!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the integration lead for separate integrations and contact for integration related queries and developments.
• Lead implementations and provide support for Integrations and other SAP Cloud technology deliveries, with opportunities to expand into other areas based on your expertise.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects—from discovery and design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction by building holistic, well-functioning solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with new releases and proactively suggesting improvements.

Who You Are

You’re curious about people and passionate about technology. You’ve already delivered integrations in SuccessFactors projects and know what it takes to turn complex challenges into simple, effective solutions. You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working closely with clients and other team members. Most of all, you’re eager to keep learning and growing while sharing your knowledge with others.

Your skills and qualifications:

You have experience in working with SAP Cloud technology and integrations, and strong analytical skills.

• You have hands-on experience in implementation projects, especially in SAP Cloud Technology and Integrations.

• You understand HR processes and technology.
• You’re a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with both clients and colleagues.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of the SAP pre-packaged solutions such as Full Cloud (Point-to-Point), Core Hybrid (Business Integration Builder) and Side-by-side
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite also known as HCI/CPI, working with scripting (JavaScript or Groovy), XML Path Language (XPATH) and Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT)
• Familiar with transport modes such as SFTP, AS2, WebServices, SOAP or RFC’s
• Knowledge of formats such as XML, JSON, CSV/XLS, ALE/IDOC or Flat files
• You are used to work with encryption, archiving and error handling
• Familiar with SuccessFactors API’s Compound employee and OData
• Knowledge of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is a plus
• Experience in other integration middleware’s such as SAP PI, Boomi or MuleSoft is a nice to have
• It would be an advantage to have certifications on any of these technologies

• You have a bachelor's degree in relevant fields of study
