In this role, you will significantly impact the learning experiences of educators by designing effective professional programs and managing the technical administration of our learning platforms. Your expertise in K12 education and hands-on LMS ownership will be crucial in ensuring educators receive engaging and scalable experiences. Accountabilities

  • Support the design and growth of professional learning programs
  • Create interactive and SCORM-compliant courses
  • Establish instructional design standards and maintain best practices
  • Own day-to-day LMS administration including course setup and user management
  • Configure and optimize LMS workflows for scalability
  • Translate customer needs into scalable learning solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to align learning programs with initiatives

    • Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in instructional design
  • Strong command of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory
  • Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
  • Hands-on experience administering an LMS, ideally Skilljar
  • Experience designing asynchronous learning experiences
  • Familiarity with SCORM standards and learning analytics tools
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills
