What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a motivated Technical Services Appointment Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Alta. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to our valued customers to schedule their bi-annual appointments. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and efficient service while enhancing their overall experience with Alta. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

 At this time, we are only accepting candidates from the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, Nevada, Washington, Kansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, Idaho, and Utah 

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Proactively contact current customers to schedule bi-annual appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet scheduling goals and targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the scheduling process.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
